About Me

With over Twenty Five years of hands-on experience, I have been trained in a

variety of massage therapy

techniques. I received

my degree in massage therapy

from the Moscow School of

Massage, in Moscow, Idaho in 1997.

After graduating I opened my practice in Washington state for six years before returning to St. Louis. I am Missouri, Washington State And Nationally Certified and Served 10 years on the board of directors and Education Chairperson for the American Massage Therapy Association Missouri chapter.

"My main focus is on the holistic approach of

structural/muscle alignment by utilizing several

techniques including deep/soft tissue manipulation and

trigger point therapy, to name a few. I enjoy learning

new techniques and continue to develop my massage

skills in new areas of study. My main goal is to promote

physical harmony through healing massage, thus

creating positive and lasting changes to my clients lives"
